Class Dojo will be used as a communication tool between school and home. It might be used to communicate homework, notices about up-coming events or sharing pictures from an event in school. Please make sure you are connected to Class Dojo and check this regularly.

Times of School Day

On the main London Road site (for years 1 - 6) the school day will start at 8.50am (gates open at 8.40am) and finish at 3.20pm. This gives 32.5 hours per week learning time.

Rainbows at Headington Quarry will start their day at 9.10am and finish at 3pm. This meets the statutory requirement of 2.5 hours before and 2.5 hours after lunch.

 £2.30 per day for a school meal, payable at the school office or on ParentPay - Leading Cashless Payment System for Schools

Our uniform policy is outlined below. 

SASA sells second hand uniform - please contact the office (office.3211@st-andrews-pri.oxon.sch.uk) with your requirements.

Breakfast Club / After School Club

Breakfast Club

Breakfast club is run by Mrs James in the canteen at the end of the playground and is a drop in session.

Doors open at 7.45am and we finish at 8.45am.

The cost of Breakfast Club is £4 per session, including breakfast, regardless of what time your child arrives at the club. Payable on parent pay or cash in a named envelope.

Children are escorted up to school at 8.45am.

After School Club

The After School Club is run by Ms Chris Daniels, an experienced and qualified club leader, with 4 play workers. The club currently has places for 40 children.

Sessions run from 3.20pm - 6pm Monday to Friday during term time.

The charge is £10.20 per session. Payments should be made on ParentPay. If you are using childcare vouchers, we will add these to ParentPay in school. 

Please note: all sessions are booked for the term. Any cancellations will still be charged. Refunds can only be made if it is possible to re-allocate your child’s place and all places booked but unattended still have to be paid for.

FROM SEPTEMBER 2024 NEW ASC CHARGE WILL BE £10.80 PER SESSION

At After School Club children can choose to do 'structured activities', such as clay models, glass painting, treasure hunts etc. Or they can choose to do free play. A wide range of equipment is provided and children can ask for extra items from the cupboard if they wish. Children are supervised at all times, whether they choose to play with or without the playworker.

Chris is available at the ASC from 3.20pm each day until 6pm. She is contactable by telephone on 07423 395324 or by email on ASC@st-andrews-pri.oxon.sch.uk. There is also a post box and notebook in the school office, where parents can leave a message for Chris. 

Holiday play schemes are run at the school by Kid Active www.kidactiveoxford.co.uk
