London Road improvement scheme - work will start on 13th October and last until early May 2015.
Phase 1 - October to December 2014
- A40 approach to the Green Road Roundabout widened.
- Widening the road on the west side of the Green Road Roundabout to create a new bus stop layby.
- Carrying out areas of footway resurfacing and conversion to shared use of south footway.
Phase 2 - January to May 2015
- Carriageway maintenance works to London Road. Carried out in short lengths to to minimise disruption.
